Life of an SPS student

Sporty. That is the description that we use when we see an Special Program in Sports student here in Quezon National High School. SPS Program is just like a regular section but the different is they have a variety of sports subject.
Acceptance.

Defeat. This word is really hard to accept because of our pride, when you think that you did your best but your best is not enough to win.
King Nash Alcairo takes the gold medal in taekwondo boys

King Nash won the gold medal versus jerico d. alvirez inTaekwondo last July 21, 2017 at the alumni hall. He used many strategies and kicks that’s why he won the gold medal.
QNHS takes 23 medals in swimming
​
Women's Division of swimming with 23 medals, Unit I came second with 11 medals and Unit IV came second with two medals.
